Delicious Stone Soup

Besides being super nutritious and fulfilling, soup  is also delicious. This simple, easy and delicious  soup will get the family fed and yelling for more! The trick is to add a few textures and voila! 

INGREDIENTS:

2 carrots
1 onion 
1 potato
1 apple
water
Pinch of salt 

Slice the veggies and dump them into a pot. Cover with water and add a pinch of salt. If you like your soup with a more liquid texture, you can add more water later. 

You can use tiny pasta for texture! The kids will love it!
